I feel like battles that require more thought are more important than an “adult” storyline.

thus ruining the fun of the Neutral Response video

I was mostly annoyed that the player characters didn’t have any personality despite the characters from the first game getting so much.

I don’t think I’ve ever finished a GTA game. I always do JUST enough story to unlock all the areas, and then set about messing around, which is all I ever played them for.

I’m glad to hear this, because the CONSTANT xp counter going in gameplay footage I’ve watched has looked super annoying.

Personally I’ve always found third person more “realtistic” unless you’re in VR or a wraparound display, because third person is a more accurate representation of the area I’m aware of while driving. Rather than strapping boxes to either side of head and looking straight out the windshield.

I don’t even consider myself a graphics whore, but I’m even less of an FPS whore. I can barely tell the difference between 30 and 60, most times.

I will say I definitely prefer Hector and Achilles having a more even final match to running around the city three times and then Hector getting punked by Athena. But the other ones, yeah....

Uh oh, Kotaku reporting that acknowledges the existence of piracy. Watch out for the squad of people who weirdly consider this endorsement and prophecy Kotaku’s downfall.

What?

Was there an edit to the article or something? Your comment is the only incidence of the word “cheating” on the page.

I’m fully down with treating all capital gains over a certain threshold or “wealth” as regular income, and there’s some alterations to inheritance and estate taxes that can and should be made to capture some of this. But taxing unrealized gains sounds like a mess, both theoretically and practically.

This is clearly the answer. I guess someone could say they’re not “overrated” because everyone hates them, but they’re still touted by the automakers, so that counts to me. The worst.

I don’t even specifically mind the screen gauge clusters per se, but the fact that a reviewer will dock a car for not having one is insane to me.

Now playing

I don’t have an opinion on the feature itself as I’ve never tried one. But I *do* hate that current Buick commercial with the car full of women using it and one comments “that’s a really tight spot” when it is an enormous spot. It makes them sound insane. Come on. Just leave that line out and I have no issues with it,

Presumably the fact that the local newspaper reports on the issue of open-air drug markets in my city should be shut down for promoting illegal drug use. I mean it tells me exactly where to go to easily purchase drugs!

Oh, and look, it doesn’t completely unravel the entire game as a concept. Like so many fans weirdly and loudly insisted.

What is it with you people. You just think games media should pretend that emulation doesn’t exist?

Ah, well I guess that’s not surprising.

My mom’s Alero from ‘03 is still like new, but then it doesn’t get a ton of use. I think in those 19 years it has maybe 35,000 miles on it?
