Agreed. And George said many times that he had already mentally left. Paul is probably the person I would attribute the actual breakup to least.

The problem is less that Far Cry 6 is like Far Cry 5 and more that Far Cry 6 is like all of the dozens of Ubisoft games that have all come out in the span of like 8 years.
I didn’t even think the orchestral one was very good. Why does a game that long have like 5 tracks? They even have short loops.
Does Famitsu give anything a bad score?
I’m halfway through now, and I’m feeling similarly. I love the combat, especially as compared to Berseria, but yeah I’m not seeing how this cast has grabbed so many people.
I think my biggest takeaway from this is that “pwned” is still being used. That’s somehow comforting.
I actually think the combat is great. Really enjoying the fights. But I agree with you on the cast/story. I can’t figure out why everyone’s so wild about them, as you say, the skits just repeat stuff without the characters asking/saying things that any normal person would in that situation. I really loved the cast in…
I agree. Halfway through and I find her to be pretty annoying.
PSP was pretty much the only handheld that made some noise against nintendo. It was pretty great. Then they torpedoed its successor by mandating proprietary, wildly expensive memory cards.
Yes. Wholehearted agreement with everything you just said.
I cannot WAIT for a Bond movie where he just goes on a mission. “This time, it’s personal!” doesn’t work when it’s been “personal” for 5 straight movies.
The first Bourne film was pretty enjoyable. After that the nonsense shaky-cam action sequences were torture. I come to action movies, and Bond in particular, for good fight choreography. QoS chasing Bourne’s incoherent action sucked big time.
I’ll never forgive the Bourne franchise for infecting Bond with shaky-cam in Quantum of Solace. The action in that movie is completely incomprehensible.
Howabout when you can’t play single player because Sony’s servers are overloaded? Or indeed when you can’t play it at all because they’ve shut the servers down.
So you’re cool with losing the ability to play a game you purchased when they shut the servers off?
The fact that people are okay with a game they bought becoming completely unplayable when the publisher turns off the servers is completely mystifying.
Fuck that.
I have great memories of that game
