I wonder if what really will happen is once everything is EV, that the only way to get a throwback gas car will be a manual. Like how no one (really) uses tape decks, they go all the way back to vinyl if they’re dealing with a physical medium.

This is always my thing.
Agreed. My primary genre is RPGs, I love RPGs. But my hidden blade *not* assassinating someone because they’re too high a level just feels completely antithetical to Assassin’s Creed to me.
The degree to which Oblivion’s HUD (which is by no means a great HUD/menu example) is superior to Skyrim’s is difficult to express.
Seconded. The yearly release schedule utterly bludgeoned the series into blandness, then they finally dropped that but completely changed the entire appeal of the games.
lol, I wonder how many spiritual successors to Konami games would have be to be successful for Konami to feel like they screwed up.
No, smartass, I’m really saying I never want to have to consider what sort of tip a given server should or shouldn’t get, particularly when dealing with multiple people paying for portions of a bill at a restaurant who might have different opinions on what to tip. Since I basically default to 20% regardless, I’d much…
^And fuck everyone who accuses you of being too cheap to tip anytime you simply complain about the system itself. As though you can’t both do that and tip at the same time.
Good, keep it going.
I came *this* close to buying a 2013 GTI with the plaid interior a couple weeks ago. And I’d be lying if the plaid wasn’t a huge motivating factor towards buying it :P
The implication of your post is that those things only exist because the price of games have been artificially held down at $60. Therefore if the price was higher they wouldn’t need those. But all that will really happen is that we’ll have a higher game price AND all that other BS. So we might as well insist on the…
And you honestly think that with a price increase they’ll stop including all that extra stuff?
I doubt Square will want to be held back by prior hardware, knowing them, so I doubt it will be on PS4. And besides some sort of bonus for having a completed save file, I don’t expect our stuff to carry over anyway.
Who knows what they’re doing, but the idea that they couldn’t work on both a mainline entry and the VII Remake is absurd. For their entire history they’ve made more than one game at a time.
With the care and detail in Part 1, the multiple parts thing doesn’t bother me (within reason).
I would say whether the focus is on the jumping or on combat.
That’s basically Akira in a nutshell.
Are those platformers...? Those seem more like 2D action games to me.
I got it as part of a humble bundle, and only messed around with it once and it continues to stare me in the face. But when I looked up how long the game was i kinda balked. I was expecting like an 8-10 hour affair.
“Honestly, the Aztek wasn’t that bad of a car, it was just as ugly as all the modern crossovers.”
