This stuff is only going to get more and more common as time goes on, sadly.

There used to be a way to avoid certain hashtags before the site redesign. I think it's gone now.

Owen, in my experience, the demo and the full game are submitted for certification simultaneously. The time between the demo and the full game is usually attributable to the time it takes to press retail discs and to league contracts that stipulate when the full game must release. Issues found in the demo will usually

The $60 includes the game, right? And the game normally retails for $60, right? So going to this event via the 'premium pass' doesn't cost you anything extra, if you were already planning on getting the game, right? Sounds like it would be worthwhile for people who don't mind waiting in line.

Vanquish, and some TF2 as usual.

If you ask enough people, it is statistically the same as asking everybody.

"Also, 75% loving 3D isn't such a terrible stat"

A truthful statement would say, "Expansion packs will be delayed by one week on the 360, brought to you by Sony." Of course, the same holds true the other way around with CoD. Exclusivity doesn't mean that you get it sooner, it means that everyone else gets it later.

I just realized the other day that From Software was also responsible for Enchanted Arms, easily the worst RPG I've played this generation. Man have they come a long way since then.

But it wouldn't show up in this list, as this is last week's sales. So I don't really get what the point of your post was.

Gears 3 isn't out yet in Japan.

Considering that they surely can't update the system in the background while you're playing a game, this would likely be the best option. Pair this with background downloading of the update (which would be doable), and you'd have a pretty reasonable solution.

Yeah, that screenshot screams WoW to me, not Diablo.

You didn't read his comment, did you?

I remember an article a while ago about how FPSs are seen in Japan in much the same way that JRPGs are seen here in the states. As in, they have a small but loyal following that will go as far as to import titles that don't get released on their respective side of the ocean.

And I'm guessing that even if it does make it over here, it will be a PS3 exclusive. So no Xillia for me. :(

Yes! Internet should be classified as a common carrier. They provide the connection to you, you do whatever the hell you want with it. Just like phone service.

Huh. I have relatives that live within a mile or so of those coordinates. Maybe I'd better call and make sure they haven't become zombies...
