Yes. My friends had a short period of time when we always had to go out to a group dinner for people’s birthdays. It was horrible. I went twice and then refused to go to any more. There was always someone who had to order multiple bottles of wine, usually the same person who would commandeer the conversation. 

Yup. I found them in a random bodega down the street from my office and when I told my Canadian friends about it, they were so excited that you’d think I was telling them where to get free money.

I’m generally all about the salted butter but I want as much chip flavor to come through as possible which means dialing back the salt somewhere. But yeah, I would have to go out and buy unsalted butter especially for this recipe because it generally has not place in my home. 

The Rite Aid down the street from my house (NJ) and a bodega near my office (Midtown Manhattan) sometimes carry all dressed chips. Ruffles brand. There’s hope for us yet.

I imagine you’d do a lot of that during the day between breakfast and dinner. There are 4 rooms, so cleaning would only take so long. 

According to their website (of course, I looked) day use is on Saturdays during the summer. 

You’d get a three day weekend every week. They’re only open Thursday-Sunday and day trippers are only on Saturdays.
