Ohhhhhh... it’s natural.

Yes! Also “That is just my biggest fear/nightmare...” Oh, good, let’s talk about you and how my life is your boogeyman. For some people it may be a terrible attempt at empathy and others, they just can’t talk about anyone but themselves.

I keep kosher, so my instant ramen options are Gefen (better) or Tradition (acceptable) in vegetable or “chicken” flavors. It is doubtful that any vegetables are actually involved in the vegetable flavor and the chicken one is definitely chicken-less.

I can vouch for this technique as well. I was about 4 years old and ended up with a (shelled) sunflower seed up my nose. My dad did this maneuver and that sunflower seed shot right out.

I would have liked the option after both of my losses. I know exactly what I lost, but it would be comforting to have some outside affirmation as well. It is amazing how many people thought trying to minimize/erase the loss was somehow comforting.

I saw that after coming home from looking at a potential daycare for my kiddo. Made me rethink the whole stay at home mom thing for a bit.

I thought that there were carve-outs for working with vulnerable populations and it was more of a “you can’t ask people about their criminal history on a job app” type law.

I wonder how their liability insurance feels about this? Maybe Quebec doesn’t require private schools to have it, but if they do it is certainly one route to explore.

Or use the post to feature black makeup artists’ work . I know basically nothing about the makeup artist world, but I’m going to guess that the people most acknowledged are not black women.

I’m assuming there’s a battery of health exams that contestants have to take.

My parents adore my husband but never in a million years would they have picked him out for me. They’d prefer varying types of aesthete intellectual. When my opinions or preferences clashed with his, he would not hesitate to belittle me and obliquely cite my gender or West Coast upbringing for the difference.

Or they confuse them with Nice Guys aka the guys who get angry at women for not having an interest in them when said Nice Guy has done X,Y, and Z acts to get in her pants.

Luckily, my husband liked it too. ;-)

Smash the ends a little bit. The handle of a knife works well. It’s the same idea as cutting on and angle and then slicing up, but more effective for super woody stems like lilacs. There is no better time than when I can open my windows and smell the lilacs from my yard and the neighbors.

Let’s say, for argument’s sake, that alkaline water is absorbed better by the human body.

As someone who was on that FB thread that everyone is quoting from, I can tell you the guy who posted that may very well be a parent but, at his age, it is more likely that he has grandkids in middle school than any kid of his own.

I’ve made my husband repeatedly promise that I get to go first, despite his family history of heart disease and that men usually die first. No way I could be ok without him.

There is also the issue that this isn’t student speech about religion (which can only be limited in a few instances) whereas there can be a lot more restrictions on teacher speech in relation to school-sponsored events and the like because of their position of power.

He seemed to fool a lot of people for a while. I guess he bought into his delusion or just stopped giving a fuck.
