Yeah, as somebody who tried building the AMT kit of the Enterprise as a kid and could never get the nacelles to keep from drooping and wobbling, it always impressed me that Matt Jeffries designed a ship so perfectly at home in zero-g, rather than being a silver lawn-dart like all the other Sci-Fi ships of the era.
