Cocaine is a hell of a drug!

With a 7:1 baking soda:cocaine ratio, I’d hesitate to call coke the “main” ingredient, but otherwise I see no lies.

Cocaine with nothing to do is a dangerous combination... I’ve heard.

Better than being a heron addict, I guess

Right, they’d be in control.

Right? What parties are these people throwing with all these weird fridge rules? Personally I’d be more annoyed if guests interrupted my conversation every 5 minutes to ask me to get them a beer!

Just don’t go 2015 Odom.

Methinks the surly moodiness of these olds may be best explained by cocaine withdrawal...

Big enough to hold $30 million apparently.

Jay-Z’s not wrong though. The point of Kaepernick’s kneeling was to raise awareness, and for better or worse, everyone in America is well aware. If you don’t move on to taking action then you’ve wasted all the effort and scorn Kaep and others put into bringing these issues to the forefront.

The music of James Dolan?

The company was never going to bend. They’d made that very clear from day one. Yea fuck them, but also fuck the people continually lying to the union members and forcing them to sacrifice wages to feed their own egos and desire for power. In your mind those people are the heroes of this story.

Wow. Imagine being such a hate-filled person someone suggesting unions aren’t always the answer and don’t always deliver on their promises sends you into a ballistic rage. Oh wait...

If an “educated” man is almost severing his hand that often, then maybe he should be questioning his “education” instead of offering life advice.

CBAs generally don’t prevent layoffs, so those things are always subject to employer’s whims, at least at companies that don’t value their employees

Not being 100% pro-union is apparently anti-union here. Shrug. Unions work in some environments, they don’t in others. If they already have fair wages, good benefits, and a 401k, what exactly is a union going to do for them other than take 10% of their earnings?

Yes, the strike netted exactly zero except a year’s worth of lost wages and my uncle getting blacklisted by so-called “friends” for simply suggesting ending the strike to take care of his family.

Yawn. You asked a direct question and I answered. Good companies exist, sorry you don’t like that. If you just wanted to make personal attacks to feel superior why didn’t you just do that and save us both some time?

No. I have worked for 3 companies and never seen that happen, but the companies I’ve worked for have always paid higher and had better benefits than their union counterparts. Turns out smart companies like the speed and flexibility non-union environments grant as opposed to stopping to grab a union rep every time you n

I think what they’re saying is “I feel remunerated fairly for my labor and would rather keep 100% of my paycheck.” Unions to prevent unsafe working conditions is one thing, paying someone to negotiate benefits you already have is another.
