Yeah, it's like - if you just picked and chose the good 3-4 songs from each album he's done after EiT, you'd have a fantastic album. But there's so much filler…

I miss Something Corporate more than most gone bands, and I'm sad to see Andrew seems to be continuing his de-evolution into bland songwriter. He needs to get the old band back together and get that fire back in his belly. Otherwise he's going to get stuck in this groove and be swept away by the sound of it.

Heat wins 1995. No need to lack confidence about that. The shootout in downtown LA remains one of the watermarks for how on-site audio can't be recreated sometimes.

Incredibly glad "Full Contact" got a shout out. Ringo Lam has never quite gotten the appreciation he deserves (especially since "Reservoir Dogs" is basically grand theft cinema of "City On Fire") and it's a hell of a crazy/fun/trashy film.

It's the last season of flashbacks, though. If they get another season, they're gonna have to do something else.

I'm fairly certain the article should say "Strike Back season three" instead of "Stride Back season three" but it's entirely possible there's a show about walking it back that I've never heard of. It's simply unlikely it made it to season three, but if I'm wrong, well, I'll walk it back…
