25 month old 3GS here, no case, no screen protector. 2mm small crack near bottom speaker grill from hurling onto concrete on accident, hardly noticeable however. Chip in bottom right corner from the same fall I believe. Again, cosmetic. Screen is still flawless. Wonderfully durable phone so far.
