I've never heard of Dos Torros. Where in the country is that chain? Qdoba is basically the exact same thing as Chipolte only they don't charge for Guacamole so they win. Del Taco is worth mentioning because I always liked them too but they are only on the west coast I think.

Last episode gave her a good chunk of time. I find her story to be the most interesting actually. I could go for a whole episode or two just devoted to watching her become a magic bad ass.
