A couple months ago I actually went back and re-watched each of the first four movies. I was surprised how much I liked Batman and hated Batman Returns which I definitely loved as a kid. Batman and Robin was even worse than I remember it being.

Is it so hard to believe that a guy who was completely unknown before Thor 1 is excited to read a script that features him as the main villain in one of the most anticipated movies of all time knowing full well his life will be forever changed as a result.

I don't know how you can watch a movie like Gladiator or Her and tell me that guy is a terrible actor.

I'm all for The Rock getting a major super hero role (I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet) but I know virtually nothing about Shazam. My only experience with him is in Kingdom Come. Can someone more knowledgeable than me weigh in on whether a solo Shazam movie would be interesting?

I just watched the first 3 episodes and I like it so far. You weren't kidding about the gore. I thought I was desensitized but that shot of the bodies with mushrooms growing out of them was some seriously disturbing stuff.
