I don't think it is justified but I can see if the first part is basically a war movie and then the second part is the invasion of the captial.

I hope this includes an exhibit about the lucasfilm computer division (aka future Pixar) and all the groundbreaking tech that came out of there. Those guys deserve recognition.

Why do they care? It's not like anyone in North Korea will ever see this movie. And I just made myself really sad thinking about the fact that people in North Korea have probably never seen any movie not made by the North Korean government.

Good to know someone out there is compensating the darkness of the glasses with increased brightness. That is my main complaint about seeing 3D movies.

I'm the same way. I haven't seen either of the hobbit movies in theaters though because they aren't that good but I'm curious about hfr. There is only one theater by me that has the equipment for it or chooses to show it that way whichever one is correct.

Except it is a horrible action movie that is so stupid South Park made an entire episode making fun of it. I didn't read the book so I had no preconceived notions or expectations either.

There is probably only 50 IMAX theaters left that even have film projectors. You should know if your city has one. Mine sure doesn't. Every IMAX theater I've been to makes sure to show you what the projection room looks like and the film platters (if they exist) are huge so you can't miss them.

It's an entertaining book but at times it feels like nothing more than a way for the author to brag about how much pop culture knowledge he has.

Interesting, I had never heard of this controversy. Some of similarities are questionable but others seem pretty direct. Since The Wachowskis came from the comic book industry I don't see how they could plead ignorance.

C'mon Matrix Reloaded, V For Vendetta, Speed Racer, and Cloud Atlas all have a lot of good things about them. Stop hating. No one could follow up The Matrix with another movie on that level of awesomeness.
