Funny how it’s disappointing that more people didn’t die last Sunday!

I hadn’t even thought about Dany returning to Essos to rule, but that makes a lot of sense, actually. And could work narrative-wise, especially since I think Jon bites the dust. Leaving Sansa and Tyrion to rule Westeros there’d be relative peace among allies on both continents.
She did always want to be Queen! And she’s been groomed more than anyone else to actually be a sovereign, plus she has experience as the Warden of the North. As it’s been said, Dany is a conqueror, and Jon is a warrior (LOL). Neither are rulers.
I could see them stopping at the Reeds as they gather new forces to take on Cersei.
As long as magic still exists in Westeros, I think that anything associated with magic (Dragons, WW, the Wall) could come back. So, while the NK may be gone, we don’t know what happened to those babies he turned - did they grow up super fast or is there some kind of WW base up North? Are they just biding their time…
Maybe she’ll want to burn down all of King’s Landing with dragon fire?
I saw Sec. Castro speak earlier this week in NY and he was incredibly articulate and I found myself agreeing with literally everything he said, even things I hadn’t thought about — like he mentioned wanting to expand FOIA to congress (which, shockingly, I hadn’t realized wasn’t a thing) and believes that would not…
It’d be best as a Studio Ghibli animated film or even just as an animated film. Much like Mortal Engines should have been.
Would be pretty impossible considering he’s headless and mostly bones, I believe.
It is weird to me that we didn’t see the Night King among the white walkers descending on Winterfell in the final shot. I do wonder if he’s not there... I get that they were probably saving money on not showing the dragons, but could have still shown the Night King. VERY telling imo that he’s missing.
And she’ll die doing what she was knighted for: being brave, being just, and defending the innocent.
Yeah... this definitely has to be significant later, right? Otherwise, what was the point?
I was thinking that too, but also thought that there are tunnels down there that lead outside (didn’t Bran et al use them to escape?) Maybe the NK knows how to infiltrate Winterfell through the tunnels...
There was sooo much talk this ep about how the crypts were sooo safe — safest place in Winterfell! That shit is going FUBAR from the jump.
This is the same show. And that scene, in particular, is harrowing.
I think Cinderella has been the best of the reboots so far. That one is underrated. The design aesthetic was sumptuous and Cate Blanchett is always marvelous.
She was a serious ballerina for a long time, which is maybe why her body adapted like it did. She already had a really solid base to build on - literally.
A timely “distraction” from the William-the-cheater narrative floating around.
Because maybe he has a role for when, inevitably, the OG Avengers go through the quantum realm and back in time? Therefore, it might be contractual that he be given billing and marketing even if he’s in the movie for 5 minutes?
In fact, it’s now the opposite. She’s taking Trump’s side...
