I honestly believe that if Trump were to be indicted and forced to face a criminal trial for his crimes, he would flee to Russia. 

I imagine that the judge rushing through everything and undermining the prosecution’s case at every turn left the jury very confused on the more complex indictments. At the same time, Paulie is going away for a while despite the mistrial on the 10 counts. So not a total victory but a sizable win.
