I’m more surprised this movie finally got made. It was languishing with Avi Arad for a long time, but I guess they finally gave up on it and gave it to... Jenna Marbles. Hollywood is so weird.

I had to comment because I too just went on my first business trip and it was to San Diego! I did not, however, eat a Cheesecake Factory.
I literally said this exact same thing to my co-worker this morning! But now it’s the afternoon and I’ve exhausted all my “political” news (until this evening) and am turning my attention back to this other Dumpster Fire that keeps on giving.
And a What We Do In The Shadows too bc EL OH EL
Yes!!! Hunt For the Wilderpeople is SOOOO good. Everything about that movie was just top form. Plus, of course, Murray is in it and he’s hilarious per usual.
Vikander is simply amazing and The Wave was, despite being what some might consider a low-brow disaster movie, actually very good and wonderfully directed.
I really like James Badge Dale (Lord of the Flies what what). Glad he’s getting a starring vehicle and I hope this pushes his career forward a bit more.
I really hope she is Gwen (though she’s a tad young at 15 to Tom Holland’s 19 so as a love interest this gives me pause). But Angourie Rice is definitely one to watch out for. She was the best part of The Nice Guys. She was also in this Aussie film These Final Hours and just blew me away.
Exactly. I’d be curious to see where you read that, but I absolutely believe it’s true.
I’ll talk about Malachi Kirby’s face (boy can get it) and would also love to see him nominated because I thought he was simply awesome as Kunta Kinte.
The one caveat with this theory is that, if Tom is looking to play Bond, this is a bad move. Traditionally, the actor chosen to play Bond is not all that well known — maybe in industry circles and to the savvy moviegoer or fan, but not the masses.
Obviously she’s going to marry Gendry. He’s gonna row up into her life with some serious Popeye guns and be like:
My friend works here and he got me an interview with the company a number of years back.
I looooove fan theorizing as well and could go on for hours (and have before). I haven’t read passed book 3 so no spoilers from me! Just good ‘ol prognostications!
Actually, it’s well known that the Olsens are quadruplets:
My theory: Arya is headed to The Twins where she will finally take her revenge on the Frays with 2Red 2Wedding and Jamie will be the only one to escape. Ayra will then meet up with the Hound and the BWB (yay!) who are heading north themselves. Ayra will hitch a ride to get home to Winterfell (having heard the news her…
Unless it’s being held by Hodor :)
I agree with that, but methinks she is also going to kill him (or have Brienne kill him). It seems Sansa is completely the fuck over abiding by men just like Yara and Dany (and Ellaria Sand too despite that shit storyline).
And this actually made sense to do since it was in a flash forward. The actor/character was still part of the production and therefore would be on set and in scenes on the island or whatever.
I dont think she has any kind of powerhouse voice — but she can sing (if Allison’s affinity for musicals is any indication).
