Fake sound is always bad. One of the worst trends even in ICE cars.

Aren’t people tired of this “joke” by now?
Key differences from the Kona N: this has AWD, a plug in hybrid option, probably rides softer, and likely has a few more options.
Again, not about ground clearance, but about hip-point/seating position relative to the ground. The Macan is going to sit higher than an equivalent sedan regardless of how much money I blow on changing the suspension - something I also don’t really want to do.
I mean it’s not like BMW was the first to do this. Lexus had stuff like remote start using your key fob hidden behind subscription services for at least the last 5-6 years... where’s the Lexus outrage?
lol no
I understand this sentiment, but the higher seating position drives me nuts. It’s the biggest dealbreaker for me.
Yeah I hate the high riding position.
I continue to be sad that Porsche doesn’t make an ICE sedan smaller than the Panamera. Crossovers, no matter how great they drive, will never be a replacement for something lower to the ground.
I fully expect some mediocre evolution of “retro” Mustang design with similar engines and drivetrains and a moderately improved interior. Dwindling sales limits the investment into new designs, and with the elimination of ICEs around the corner, they’re saving the development dollars for the first electric Mustang 5-7…
Disney+ shows tend to have much shorter episodes than what Netflix marvel shows had. So 18 episodes could end up shorter than the previous Netflix seasons by run time.
The vast majority (if not all) hatchbacks have covers over trunk contents, something you only remove for large items or to over-stuff the hatch area.
Yeah this is the part that surprised me the most. Hatchback all of the things!
Thank god someone likes color. Great choice. Make sure to get 3M clear wrap or something on the front end and hood, because stone chips make me sad.
Oh yeah, in your situation I’d absolutely get one of the M/RS/AMG cars. As a single guy, I’d probably go even more impractical with either the M4 or Cayman or something.
I was right there with you until I came to the realization that ride quality matters too much given the shit condition of the roads near me. Plus I’ve blown out 4 tires on 19" wheels on my S5, I imagine the 19/20s on the M3 won’t do much better.
Driving the MK6 GTI and Golf R back to back it was a no brainer for me... I got the R. Since I live in the snow belt, the AWD made it way more fun in snow (the GTI would squeal tires just hitting the gas pedal), and I felt like the R rode better over the broken pavement.
This is what I came here to write, glad someone else beat me to it. These are fantastic.
Thanks for the feedback. I’m personally hope the CLE43 AMG comes out early next year and offers some of the E-Class options (rumors are it’ll be C-Class size with some E-Class touches, so AIR BODY CONTROL PLEASE), but I won’t hold my breath.
