Lakers fans celebrate

But is Geno in the game?

Cattin da fool

Wally’s the drug dealer they’re looking for, right?

Agreed. I also have no respect for Chris Paul.

I’ll be vague because this is in ep. 3 or 4 but keep an eye out for a helpful casino worker whose nametag reads “Diane.” It’s pretty clever.

Turns out 5 full sized basketball players is better than 4. Crazy!

*who don’t think anything*

That’s true. What I should have said is that his teams have always been limited to one approach, and when that approach doesn’t work (often in playoffs but also whole season at LAL), his response is that his team isn’t executing his approach well enough. There’s no option 2. He’s like Phil trying to force the triangle

Because Mike D’Antoni has two ideas. Go fast. Shoot 3s. When that doesn’t work, he has no ability to adapt. In his post-game interview tonight, he attributed the loss to not going fast enough and shots missing. The inability to understand basketball is stunning.

AND THAT BLOCK! GINOOOOOOBILI!!!!

Isn’t this a Witcher 3 quest?

That’s good to know. Thank you for the polite response to my ignorance.

Hmmm, I see what you’re getting at, now. I’m looking at their example sentences though, and they seem to support using the word in a way not dissimilar to how this headline does.

I agree that that quote is hyperbolic, but, on the other hand, it’s unclear to me how it’s utter ignorance. Isn’t scientific progress usually driven by someone disproving the validity of a consensus?

What’s the issue with “increasing exponentially”? Grammatically, using an adverb to modify a participle is fine, and the use of “exponentially” here seems to match up pretty well with definition #3 in M-W. It won’t copy/paste the entry on my phone for some reason, but here is the link:

I have a theory that it’s only watched by younger siblings who never actually got to play games growing up, so they learned to love watching others play. I understand watching like a highlight clip of people doing a few cool things in order to pick up some tips and tricks to use myself (like the Zelda shrine-breaking

Isaiah Thomas’ sister died? I’m surprised that no one mentioned that, during the games.

Yeah good call, I saw your Pistons answer right after I hit reply.
