It is explained well, here:

That’s an interesting way of thinking about what it is that marks the shift from pre-modern to modern. Thank you for taking the time to answer.

I didn’t know there is a consensus pick for first modern man.  To whom are you referring by that?

Awesome, thank you

How does one play these? I am thinking they must be downloads, but I live in fear of viruses. Any tips on the safest sites? Thanks.

Finally. I can’t stand listening to Mark Jackson.

I like when Romo explains what the offensive line is doing. I never played and always assumed that the O and D lines just crashed into each other, until seeing replays where Romo broke down what everyone down there was doing. Now it’s my favourite part of the field to watch.

Snoop does some really great community stuff. My brother went to school with his son, and when the school almost closed, Snoop funded it for a few years out of pocket (technically, an anonymous benefactor did, but it was pretty clearly him). He used to go to most of the school events too but would chill in the back,

I think Ball is a lot like Rondo, in that his value on the floor can be very high, if he has teammates of a certain quality and a high working knowledge of their tendencies.

His passes are too high and a little behind with such regularity that it makes me wonder if his right leg is hurt.

Because I first encountered him as the finisher of the Wheel of Time series, I long considered Sanderson a second class author, much as children tend to think of substitute teachers, regardless of the substitute’s actual skills. Now, all these years later, I’ve devoured all of Sanderson’s books in about six months.

You left the list out of the article?

“Professional football in Ohio is screwy as hell!”

I thought it meant a girly-man who couldn’t get it up, not a wanker. Isn’t it just the feminine form of the adjective for “soft”?

Yeah, I work about 80-90 hours a week and have done for years. We don’t call it “crunch,” we call it work. And it’s all the time. I know my dad, who works in an entirely different field, puts in just as many hours. I’d love it if I only had to work this much a few weeks at a time, towards the end of a big project.

I learned today that Themistocles of Athens trained his son to stand up on the back of a galloping horse and shoot at and hit hoplite armor hanging from trees. Only tangentially related but pretty cool archery fact.

Might as well start over then. I’ve rolled alchemy my last few playthroughs and always start them off of an old end game save I keep, so that I don’t have to hunt down the formulae again. It makes a huge difference when you can throw on Superior Oils and the high end potions ASAP. Oh, right, and the reason it’s so

Alchemy recipes carry over, which is super convenient. Besides that, there’s not much difference either way.
