I think Brown was a perfect pick for Celtics. Brad Stevens is a smart enough coach to not feel threatened by Brown’s intelligence, which many draft-talking-heads considered Brown’s biggest potential problem. I think that, with the right kind of coach (e.g., Stevens or Pop), Brown has the second highest ceiling in the

What does “cromulent” mean? I checked M-W’s dictionary, and it’s not there.

Shufflegategate?

It is a thing. It’s called Ireland.

I saw somewhere that he’ll get a Cavs. ring because he was on the team this year. I think I actually saw that here on deadspin, so no telling if it was accurate or good kinja.

“There is that big censored section of the 9/11 report that apparently shows that Saudi government officials knew about/funded 9/11. If a few random Saudi princes did in fact do 9/11, but it wasn’t government policy, maybe the public didn’t need to know that. What were we going to do about it, invade Mecca?”

I’m pretty sure LA’s proposal for like 2024 or so claims it can host them without needing anything new to be built, so it could presumably step up now, if need be.

IGN article verifies that yes there are rupees but no rupees from cutting grass. Rather, rupees from selling stuff you find.

Same. I also keep save files for right before each tournament so I can play through them w/different decks. I have a gwent problem.

I think you’re both right. Yes, he hit S. Adams in the nuts. Yes, he might have hit LBJ in the nuts here, although I’ve watched it a bunch and don’t think he actually did—LeBron doesn’t seem to react like he did. But he does seem to swing his arm about all willy-nilly, and I can totally buy the argument that he’s

I’m fine with many of the ones in Drew’s list, but I hate the ones that make up phonetics. I know a Mikelle (pronounced Michelle), but the soft k is not a real thing. My wife works with a Chrystn whose parents apparently hate vowels and the rules of English phonetics.

I read this way back when you posted it and kept it in mind for when I had time. I just beat Suikoden 2 and loved it. Thanks for the great tip!

Yeah, I really want to hit him, despite being fully aware that he’s done nothing to spark such hatred in me.

The first one was janky, but it also handled the story elements the best, in my opinion. It’s the only game I ever played all of the way through on a computer and not a console, despite having started about twenty. I’d definitely recommend it, but it’s not necessary for playing 2.

Grim Fandango?

Apart from the auction and clock tower escapes, the jungelevator, and like two other chapters towards the end you can skip killing everyone else. There are trophies for doing the Scottish graveyard without killing or being seen, doing chapters 13-14 w/out being seen, and getting Elena’s jeep back from Shoreline w/out

Didn’t the actual cavaliers lose to the roundheads in the English civil war? It’s so distinctly Cleveland to name your team after the losing side.

I agree that this sucks, but watering the grass in CA is pretty pricey. On the other hand, everyone’s taxes ostensibly cover this cost already.

I just beat Uncharted 4, so getting to do pirate things is very enticing. Thanks for the info.

Is Syndicate better than Black Flag? I haven’t played either, but I’m thinking of picking up an AC title. I’ve heard the pirate stuff in Black Flag is superb.
