They are not on another level, dumbasses using equipment improperly is one of the primary causes of workplace injuries. So neither is this an extreme event but it’s also a relatively common mishap in these industries.

Forklift accidents are, the injuries vary. This one just had worse luck than most.

No one thinks it’s normal, but we just are not blaming Tesla because an employee made a dumb mistake, and payed for it. You find that it is fairly common among such workers to get too comfortable with the equipment they use, just most of the time they get lucky and just tip the thing over or break some equipment.
