Voice actors have been undervalued and underpaid for a long time and I hope this being a slightly higher profile case means maybe people will start giving a damn.

I don’t know anything about that and can as such not comment on it, but even if it is true, it doesn’t sound that relevant to this situation from your description.

It looks like Bayonetta was her breakout character. I can imagine it’s easy to get attached to a character you portray in those kinds of circumstances, so it’s easy to ignore other roles when you’re that fortunate.

Jennifer Hale probably kept getting all the roles she was up for.

VAs are increasingly talking about the shit pay they get, I think it’s good for her to continue to add to the conversation. 

corporate malfeseance should always be called out.  this isnt “stirring the drama pot”, its about workers’ rights!
