So how do the Ravens get away with the full leg black pants/socks combo when they do the all-black uniform? Does the team just pay the fine rather than the players?

Harry is actually really put out (so I’ve read) that he’s being forced to retire as he loves military life. At this point, with the succession secure past his generation, I really don’t see why he can’t be allowed to continue in the army. Andrew was also a much better figure in the military compared to when he…
I’m hoping that it hasn’t cleared customs yet and it will get burned along with confiscated ivory.
Moose a) aren’t endangered and b) are good eating. Hunting a moose, eating the meat (for about a year, seriously those things are huge) and then sticking the head on a wall is perfectly reasonable. Hunting for the just the sake of the kill though, that’s animal abuse.
yes, please. where do I sign?
Ok, fine. Here’s another way to phrase it: can you do one of those co-op things where readers nominate their favorite email app for Android? I’d like to see head-to-head comparisons of what’s out there.
She has it right. The Court of Appeals was affirming the ruling of the lower court as constitutional, which ruled that the ban was unconstitutional. Awkward, but right.
If I use Mailbox and am happy with it, why should I care about Inbox?
Labor being about 50% of a project is about right, though. Contractors rarely cut on labor, it will be the materials that they’ll low ball.
Also, if it’s primarily indoor work, see about doing it during the winter. Contractors are less busy so they’re looking for jobs to keep their crews busy so you’ll probably get a good rate on labor and a less distracted GC.
I’m not sure you need an architect for that, just a clear idea of what you want the end result to be. Writing everything down and giving the package to each contractor you want a bid from is a good idea though.
A lot of design groups work with specific manufacturers so yeah...Honestly, finding a contractor with a grade A master carpenter would be the way I’d go. They’re more inclined to be able to put the kitchen together in a way that is usable since they’ll construct it. The designer my parents had for their kitchen was…
I suggested the same thing up thread.
Also structuring the payout schedule such that the last payment to the contractor comes after they have completed the work to your satisfaction. Next time I need a contractor, I’m going to steal an idea from the way my employer’s contracts work: payments based on completion milestones, not dates.
This is pretty much how I got my butt to the gym this morning - by convincing myself that a lifting session would feel as good as an extra hour of sleep. I can bullshit myself pretty good sometimes.
Define “reasonable.” Also, this is why Dog made bluetooth headphones.
$20k seems pretty low to get something like this into production. I’ll buy it at full price when they’ve been shipping for 6 months.
YES. THIS. Having grown up with a dog, and then having been apart of the decision to put the dog to sleep when he had brain cancer at 13, the biggest take away for me was something I heard a friend who grew up on a farm say, “I’ll always love my dogs enough to be the one to shoot them when it’s time.” And that stuck…

Ok. I asked because searching through their website I could find no mention of how they were regulated.
