I'm not sure I'd count Shake Shack as fast food. As a New Yorker, I'm pleased Shake Shack is represented here and In N Out is not, but as a burger lover I have to say Five Guys beats them all. And the basic Shack Burger is better than the SmokeShack, anyway.
