1) I was saying developing predicted reliability ratings do make sense, I think you misread what I posted.

Making an educated guess on the reliability of an upcoming model is absolutely not stupid. They will update their reliability score when they receive the data from owner experience surveys.

Not when a company is essentially beta-testing on the general public.

The same people who check Yelp for consensus on which drink to order from the bar they’re already in; the sort of people who view cars as appliances - these are the core Consumer Reports demographic.

With 600 miles of range, that should almost give me 400 usable miles of range before I have to do an hour drive each way in bad traffic to get to the nearest station.
