I'll pass, thanks.

I don't hear b-sidey at all; the original is very much a perfect pop song to me.

"I'll empty you..as empty as a boy can be"? Kinda figure he was speaking on "her" behalf at that point, but who knows.

I thought that was cute—subbing in a band that HIS lost love might have had on her bumper. Don't like the actual execution of the cover, though—and the original is one of the great pop songs of all time.

I love Kate Bush and can't stand this chick's indie bullshit. She's cute, though.

It's a shame she's, you know, fucking nuts.

Please be a millennial. If I find out that anyone over about 30 ever conflated this song with Barry Manilow, I may get violent (and I'm not even a Patti Smith—or Bruce Springsteen—fan, per se).

Lol fat people amirite?!

How do THEY work?!

What's "Baby I'm Amazed"?

You're out of your fucking mind. Live "Maybe I'm Amazed" is the quintessence of a far superior live version.

That's not what a key change is.

But that's just part of..this is so hard to explain if someone isn't a musician. It's a chord change, but not a KEY change..and the song, fundamentally, doesn't "change" from a minor to a major key. It's in E minor, and that Cmaj-Dmaj-Gmaj etc. part is just a bridge that plays, relatively, off of the 'home base' of E

Glorious.

"nonexistent."

"run"

It's nothing like a key change.

I don't even hear where it's a different progression.

Nah, Hey Jude is fucking great. Let it Be I could take or leave, but not Hey Jude.
