Yes! I did the Insanity workout programme and stopped eating carbs, and it stopped me ovulating. Never would have known if I hadn't been charting as I wasn't underweight at all. Lots of things have an effect on your fertility that you would never realise unless you chart.

Charting is easy! Get a BBT thermometer and download Fertility Friend app. Get used to checking your vaginal fluid and you're good to go.

That's me! I can't tolerate hormones in any dose- sends me completely loopy. Copper IUD made me bleed so heavily that it literally washed out (sorry TMI). Now I chart. A BBT thermometer and an iPhone app is all you need.
