Nowhere on earth has a rate of gun ownership even close to that of the U.S. Those European countries that allow gun ownership highly regulate it. I don’t disagree that the gun culture in the U.S. is a huge problem, but don’t underestimate the ludicrously easy access.

Haha I had the same thought - I moved from London to Vancouver for two years for film school, and I couldn’t get over what a cute wee country town it was :-)
