You may have a point, I believe it may need servicing quite regularly, i.e. less than the distance covered by a LMP2 over 24hrs and is probably a lot less fuel efficient into the bargain.

450hp from a 2.2ltr isn't that much for a race car I can think of a stock road car that gets 400hp from a 2ltr (see pic).
