Easy enough to replace them with LEDs. You can swap any bulb in under 5 minutes on these trucks if you know what you’re doing, don’t have to drop the bumper like on GMT900 trucks. The problem, to my understanding, is that the OE bulbs were too low a voltage and tended to burn out, so most aftermarket bulbs are higher

They are going to go with secret option #4:

Why not fully restore it to being a seaworthy hotel/casino so they can operate in international waters? Bonus: Monkey knife fights!

It would be very cool to have a set of plastic or rubber “trail” fenders and leave the nice ones at home.

Yeah, I agree, ever been 19? I can personally say that I was still largely as dumb and unaware as I was at 17, and I had dropped out of one college already, was attending community college, and living back in my childhood bedroom.

Over 700 gallons of water. That's a lot. I would think that they would press it more so they would be able to ship more pulp per load, but maybe it compromises the fibers before further processing.

You could also call them “fire ant preservation doors”.

I’ve worked in trucking for over 50 years. All these answers are wrong. They are called “hotdog doors”. Whenever we go to truck stops to do whatever it is we do there, we also buy lots of hotdogs. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold, it all depends on the altitude of your location. We would store said hotdogs in the

I wouldn’t be surprised if this Ford collab is a backdoor way for VW to sell a truck in the US and avoid the chicken tax.

It’s very possible that the driver simply pulled the lever too far, and didn’t realize that the vehicle wasn’t in neutral, but rather in low range.

Did you read the article or just skip it to post that?

I’ve always found it weird that people concern themselves with what other people are buying. I have a truck. It’s really no one’s business other than my own as to why I have a truck. I don’t need to justify it to anyone else. These same questions never get asked of people with sports cars or people with motorcycles.

This is kids’ stuff. A real horror trailer would have footage of a Mustang leaving Cars & Coffee.

I was dumber and did buy one in 2011. I got the Super Crew with a 6.2l and LOVED that truck. I got talked into trading it in and regretted it ever since. One day...one day *sigh*

Not a horror movie but its still a damn good advertisement. The Raptor is the only truck ive ever been interested in buying and that is still the case. What a beast. Its comical to see how fast that thing can go in desert terrain compared to what i drive. If i were dumber w/my money id absolutely buy one.

Future David Tracy headline:  "This '89 Laredo has '01 badging and a '96 dash and it is gorgeous!"

They diagnosed me as having a form of dyslexia that mainly impacted what went out when I was writing, when I was a senior in HS. A bit late; but I’ve learned to adapt, knowing there is an issue.

I noticed this spelling years ago.

You went from saying you couldn’t imagine how it’s possible and I told you it was. Now that leads to a direct attack on me and saying that I only bought a truck because it’s masculine and I’m not? Way to turn a discussion into a personal attack for absolutely no reason other than to try and make your point. Congrats

Not that I don’t believe your story, but that’s just crazy. If you can’t figure out how to securely load 4x8 plywood in your 5.5 to 6.5" bed, you probably shouldn’t be working with tools and lumber in the first place.
