If only the military wasn’t under a budget sequester forcing them to use the majority of their available resources for actual war (and mitigation thereof) instead of being on tap for humanitarian relief.

I completely concur. She is a horrible human being. That isn’t enough to be incarcerated (or I’d be gone long, long ago!). I can see conspiracy to commit murder before involuntary homicide. There is no such thing as “conspiracy to commit suicide” on the books. Frankly, she shouldn’t have been held criminally…

You can’t do that with the military since you cannot define what the product is. Is it “Peace”? “Security”? “Bombs on target”? “Bullets in heads”? But you can certainly do it with the bureaucratic agencies.

As someone who works for the government and knows exactly how much all of my coworkers make, this concept is odd to me.
