okay so I have a ‘77 Cutlass 442. Plenty of space under the hood for the motor. A big ass trunk for batteries. THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE.

EXACTLY

i can’t help but think the daughter was smart enough to record video of her mother saying her *true feelings* about trump, and has threatened to make them public. then again, both her parents are opportunistic shits. so that’s much more likely.

phenomenal. I have that same t-shirt. I have that same chair. I even have that same ipad. But damn, man. I don’t have old security camera laying around. Well done.

i love the urgency of this video. i feel like i should wake the wide and kids at 3am and drag them downstairs to watch this. “THIS IS IMPORTANT”

i particularly love watching the keys dangling in the ignition.

Is that in the movie? Is that a still from the trailer for the film? Holy hell. I haven’t seen a fast and furious film since the original BUT a fiero with a rocket strapped on the back has my heart in a flutter!

in the trailer, it looks like the show is ripping off that ambush scene from Clear and Present Danger. I also spy a submarine in there. Who bets this season mashes up multiple Clancy books into one disgusting pile of garbage? What was the first season about anyway?

I thought this was officially announced? Routh will be playing Superman from E-22. And as for Lois, spoiler alert:

It doesn’t quite support THOSE numbers... but here’s a good piece on the topic of public support for the Apollo missions in the ‘60s...

Don’t forget the microwave oven. Even if they had spent billions of dollars on research and development companies like whirlpool and Westinghouse never would have stumbled on the microwave. We have Raytheon and their military radar installations to thank for that!

There’s a really good argument to be made that the Reagan era MDS was actually an offensive, first strike strategy in an era when nuclear war was still thought of as winnable...

I think wall street also factored in to pairing us with the allies. The brits had yet to default on their loans to American banks (war is expensive!) whereas Germany stopped sending checks not long after invading Poland.

WB has been pushing Kubrick’s The Shining out into the public sphere a lot lately. I didn’t see the Dark Tower film but the Overlook is shown in a framed photo in the trailer (who would keep a framed photo of a hotel in their study?? Me! Because I got married there – well, at the Timberline Lodge at least.) And as for

Look like 442 scoops to me.

As a guy in his mid to upper 30s it just really pisses me off that Steven Spielberg’s directing this. He’s the same age/generation as my parents.... whom never quite understood why I loved my pop culture like I did. Yeah, a lot of that pop culture came from Spielberg... but that doesn’t mean he’s the one who should be

You know what they should find more insulting: those police and fire versions of the US flag.... with the added blue stripes and shit. Why is there no outrage over that? Thats defacing the ‘these colors don’t run’ all-holy iconic symbol of all that is America. But it’s for the cops... so whatever I guess. If they do

before buying my mustang GT, i wanted one last ‘test drive’ before making it official...... so I drove straight to a chevy dealership, pulled up in the mustang, asked to see a camaro.... sat in it, started it... and wow. The interior on the camaro is a nightmare. You can’t see out of the windows! the quality crap!

I like the guy peering out the blinds in the office photo. As if somebody might be coming to steal the collection.
