I test drove a base, pretty nice car in person. The wheels... I thought they were hubcaps at first. They’re alloys which I guess is nice.

*screeching*

Did this job to my G35S. Similar outcome.

I recently realized that I had never replaced the cabin air filter on my Infiniti that I’ve had for four years... that was a sight.

My mom gives me the same shit, I’m always like “I’ll be in the car, which has a heater”

I don’t know the compression stats of the motor, but my 1985 944 was a DOG until warmed. Totally in good health as well.

I got mine because it reminds me of the 1989 my parents had when I was little. I’ll have to let you know if I ever sell it (;

At least you still have the logo, God only knows where mine is...

Based off of the integrity (or lack thereof) of the 2nd gear synchro in my Mk3 Jetta, I’m amazed it even went into gear.

I have a champagne-over-burgundy 1990 Accord 5-speed, totally stock. I can’t imagine ever doing what you did to it, lol.

The badge has long fallen off of the cover for my G35. I too made peace with it after realizing it happens to most of them.

Honestly if there ever were a case for jumping in and going, it would be that car. It doesn’t burn or leak anything.

Now that I’m thinking more about it, it may have been a delay from 2-3.

My fathers BMW (2.0T) has a 15,000 mile interval, and he sticks to it. 155k now & it truly blows my mind that it doesn’t burn any oil or have any sludge issues.

You should consult a therapist.

My fathers car has an oil temp gauge, no coolant temp. It takes far longer for the oil to warm-up than I would ever expect.

may have been a feature!

My G35 is quick to warm up with its 3.5 V6, my Accord’s 2.2 I4 takes noticeably longer.

My personal warm-up tactic is to wait for the high idle to settle down a bit before taking off. Can’t convince my mom to do this, the second her Volvo starts she drops it into reverse, but at nearly 200k miles now it appears to have held up totally fine, probably helps that it lives in a garage in GA.

~ok story time~
