One of my colleagues was pretty much addicted to diet Coke, so she switched to Iced Tea (for the caffeine) and has had success. I'm not a big fan of tea, but you can buy all sorts of different kinds of tea, and usually ice tea is sweeter anyways.

Has anyone noticed the massive increase in mouse acceleration? I feel like if I jerk the mouse to the side, the cursor will move all the way over to my second screen. This definitely wasn't the case in 10.6, but I can't find any acceleration setting in Sys Prefs...

I felt the same way in the beginning, but after using Mission Control for a while, it's actually kindof a great combination of spaces and expose. Give it a few more days, I think you'll start liking it like I did...

You'd definitely have a better time with the S10s than the Jaybirds, but the S10s are made to fit the "average" head size. They can stretch, but like @Budly said below, they may feel too tight.
