Thats the other argument - as someone who hit their 4-Runner’s max towing limit of 5k lbs, it was noticeable.

I laughed because I’m debating buying a big American road trip vehicle and I asked myself yesterday if 9k lbs of towing was enough, or should I look for an Excursion that could tow 11k.
I saw that when I was looking to buy a Bolt. Sadly the SuperChargers are too smart to fall for that.
The Model 3 not being a hatch made it an instant disqualification for me.
The largest draw for me with Tesla is the Supercharger network.
I’m on my second Care care, and this time it was an XC40.
Thats why I’ve driven them. I could get a killer deal on a Mercedes as I’m friends with some execs there, but I don’t want anything that feels elitist.
On the last piece - Yes and No. I feel equally as comfortable in my Volvo in an NEPR shirt, jeans and converse as I do when I’m in a suit.
Thank god they got rid of the CVT from the old one, that was one of the worst things about the old one.
I mean, that’s the Nissan template:
My first car was a Town Car, and the German exchange student and I in high school would pull the mufflers off of it, blast that song, and go floor it everywhere
I had that conversation at a gas station with my V-Strom 650 that was caked in mud and loaded down from a weekend of camping.
Or just people who wanted a safe, reliable, efficient, hatchback. I drove one from 17 until 19 before my dad decided that he wanted it.
A VQ is a VQ - and they’re still worth money.
Doesn’t always work - the older smart key systems had such a large range that someone sitting in the same gas station as you could read your key when you locked it, then unlock it and start the vehicle before you even noticed.
My subscription for my $46k XC40 T5 R-Design, with $0 down, and the ability to cancel after 4 months for only the lease return fee, is $706.74. They give you 1250 miles/mo (15k/yr)
Depending on your situation. My XC40 T5 R-Design with the packages it has on it is a $46,000 car. I live in the heart of Atlanta and insurance for me would run $300-$400/mo.
Thats why I love my subscription so much. I swapped my S60 for an XC40, including chatting to the salesman about his dog, and talking to the finance guy about good restaurants, I was in and out in 25 minutes.
I found out that my XC40 has a separate brake light that only comes on during periods of hard braking for that very reason
