Yeah! The people who buy games can suck it! Go corporations!

I agree that same-sex options should be more commonplace. However, wedging those options into an already existing game benefits no one. It shows not that they truly appreciate you for who you are, but that they really want that 'gay money'. You really shouldn't support that kind of action.

It seems like a piss-poor half-assed gesture. I think they are trying to look socially inclusive without actually having the clout to back it up. THAT is what bothers me. You don't want to put homosexuals in your Star Wars game? That's totally cool, its a really difficult system to implement after you have developed

My favorite part of the screenshot? The disinterested guy sweeping in the background.

Actually, to be fair, life does revolve around sex. Seeing as we are organisms designed to reproduce and spread our genetic material before dying. So yeah, I can definitely see why sex is inserted into everything(aha) as it reflects a common desire for the vast majority of humans.

What are the advantages to a higher framerate?

Part of making a convincing argument is not being a jerk about it.

The issue being that these movies are doing a crap job adapting the Hobbit. Its not the kind of story you can build a trilogy around, the stakes are way too low. That and the cheesy crap they wedge in there to try and pad the film out (Namlely Thorin's Darth Maul-esque rival) just weaken the story.

I hardly think 'We might have to start a civil war some day' as a valid argument against gun control.

I'm sure no asian female would take offense to you marginalizing her role in all things.

I guess I am also in that weird boat of 'I wonder what these characters are going to be like?' rather than tallying ethnicity on a blackboard. Yeah, there are people who are underrepresented, and that's a problem. But I would rather the right actor be cast for the right part than characters being defined by their skin

Seems like from orbit they could easily launch multiple shuttlecraft for a situation like this.

I believe the key phrase is 'yet another'. Shinzon, Nero, and now UNNAMED VILLAIN. All the same basic motivation. Even Ruafo had a similar motivation. Revenge is just overdone in Star Trek.

Then why land the ship in the first place? There are no advantages to keeping a ship underwater in this situation. It just causes the obvious problem we see in the film.

How did they get the ship under water without anyone noticing? Unless they turned off all the lights and showed up at night and lowered very slowly into the water as to not create waves. There are literally no advantages to putting the ship in there, it just complicates a situation. I'm not concerned about the

Because it would be the dumbest way to rehash Star Trek possible. If you expect the worst everything is a step up.

But they did that, didn't they?

Man, I wish I had your disposable income. I actually need reasons to go see things, standards, I expect the marketing people to make me want to see the film.

Because I don't want to pop down $10+ for a movie I know next to nothing about.
