The villagers ruined it for me. I thought most of the acting from the people playing the villagers was poor, and they wore the same earth toned costumes that every agricultural one with nature simple people wore on every episdoe of TNG. And training with sharpened sticks? It was stupid in Jedi, and it is even more…

If you read much about tanks and armored vehicles, since their inception all the way to the modern era, they are extremely vulnerable when attacking infantry w/out infantry support of their own. This times 10 when attacking in an urban environment or an environment with any amount of cover and verticality to it. 

The action was fine, it was the performances of pretty much all the second tier characters that was pretty bad. Pretty much all the natives on the planet were extremely flat.

Not to mention that the Eastern Front never did devolve into a stalemate. It was a true war of movement.

I can’t remember the last time such generally well liked game received so much pointed criticism. I’d love to see Respawn to a sequel now that they’ve laid such a good foundation for a Jedi game. 

Makes sense, how else can you buy Nintendo merchandise? Amazon? Gamestop? Target?

Just came here to post this. Fallen Order (which I really like) makes me miss most of all the “long” jump from Jedi Knight. The sense of freedom was really fun. 

What Jedi: Fallen Order makes me miss most is the long jump from Jedi Knight. Not a double jump, just a long press of the button that allows you to jump super high. I loved the sense of freedom that brought.
