Good review, but I would not recommend people play on Jedi Master unless they want a major challenge. I’m very familiar with third person action games, am playing on Jedi Knight, and feel like the challenge is more than enough. There are a couple of sequences in particular that I can’t imagine playing through on Jedi

I just can’t see paying for a subscription service that also requires you to buy the games.

Same for me on PC. Especially when I swing the camera around, things get janky. I still love the game though.

The one exception I’ve found are the Imperial Droids (seen in Rogue One). Those guys are nasty.

I like it ok as a game mechanic, but it does take me out of the SW universe a bit, because it’s so obviously from Dark Souls and has nothing to do with SW.

That was a nearly controller throwing moment for me. What makes the flame, security droid, trooper, AT-ST sequence so difficult is that they come in timed waves, regardless of if you have beaten any enemies. So if you aren’t quick about it, you can be facing all those enemies at once.

I didn’t expect, but do appreciate, that Fallen Order chose to pretty dramatically expand the SW bestiary with this title. I’m only probably 1/3 of the way through the game, and there have been a lot of different beasts running around. Some of them are really great designs.

I love Train to Busan, but actually thought it fell apart a bit in the third act. Really good overall though.

Great pick of How to Train Your Dragon. No matter how many times I see the main character wake up and realize his leg is gone, moves me to tears every time.

Major props for putting The Witch on your list.

GBH isn’t even my favorite Wes Anderson film of the decade. For me that goes to Moonrise Kingdom.

I watched it as a rental after hearing all the hype, and could not understand what all the fuss was about.

I loved MMFR, but thought it kind of botched the ending. For such a gritty film in such a gritty world, it had a very Wizard of Oz feel at the end. The witch is dead? Yay, we’re all friends now!

First time?

I tend to agree. Maybe 2-3 good scenes. But the Hollywood action movie vibe for the last act just ruins it for me. No way troops attack a stationary tank sitting in the road like that. The minute they stumble on it and Fury guns down a couple guys, all those men pull back out of sight. Then they:

Good call on Dunkirk, I’d of put it on the list.

Far from ruining the original film, I’d argue it’s better than the original film.

I was surprised to find that I saw 15 of these films. That’s 15%!

Don’t be so harsh! I’m really looking forward to abig screen adaptation of, The Rockford Files.

Show, don’t tell. It applies doubly for social messages in a film.
