I’ve taken six cruises, and had a blast on each one. No illness, fantastic service, met interesting people on and off the ship, and I have clearly not died from falling overboard or drowning in the pool.

VOTE: Cambridge Oontz Mini bluetooth speaker (NOT the angle). Great output and quality, fantastic battery life, and it's super cheap compared to the other big-dogs (I got mine for $45).

I went from 35% to 10% in about a year through IF, low carb. Most of my loss was in the first three months due to a beautiful state called ketosis.
