Actually I was thinking about the iCade when I wrote the price. It's apparently $70, which is still STEEP, but it's the best design, in my opinion.
I feel like iControlPad ([www.icontrolpad.com]) is a more elegant solution and doesn't take up the headphone port. But same problem applies; $80 for a controller you can use for about 5 games. Boooo!
An AMAZING app I stubled upon last night is Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock ([itunes.apple.com]). There's others like it, but I downloaded this one and it's FANTASTIC! It's designed to wake you gently based on how you stir during the night. I always have issues waking up, and this works GREAT!
I'd agree with the Romney nomination. Despite Obama's poor approval ratings and high unemployment, sane people in the US will never vote for Cain or Perry because they're just too far out there. On the other hand, Romney seems less crazy and has successfully governed a blue state for a while.
Ya. I'm in system administration and have the option to telecommute on occasion. I find that I'm far more productive at home as I don't have as many distractions. Think about all the distractions you have at work: boss(es), co-workers, breaks, where to go for lunch, people approaching you with problems incessantly.
I think everyone should be able to make a basic pot of chili. It's cheap, good, and when done right, EXTREMELY healthy, especially when using turkey. It was the first dinner I learned how to make. My brother in law sent this to me when I graduated college:
