Was my first thought too - if not overt, this is clearly a spiritual sequel to WFRR in tone. I’m really looking forward to it.
Let’s also not forget the amazing piece of entertainment that is The Unauthorized Bash Brothers Experience.
Agreed. And Hot Rod is uneven but the high points are great.
Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping was brilliant and I will not hear otherwise. I'm down with giving this a chance
This feels more “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” Than “Space Jam”
It’s basically a lonely island-helmed movie, which fits a certain taste but I’ve always personally enjoyed. If anything they seem to be doing as much as they can with the premise and the sandbox they’ve been allowed to play in so that’s worth something.
That’s certainly an opinion.
Just bring in William Sanderson as Daryl’s brother Larry. And then Sam Rockwell as Larry’s other brother Daryl.
Unless Gadget is the person collecting the body parts!
Honestly, it looks like a legit sneaky sequel. Cartoons and humans together? Washed up detectives solving a crime? A wacky duo whose relationship is rocky for the first half of the film? Different artstyle varieties of cartoons existing in the same space? Sounds like a sequel to me in all but name. I am also game! :D
Sounds like a modern who framed roger rabbit. Even has him in it. Man they’re looking to stretch that PG rating on this. I’m game
Act 3 reveal, gotta keep the masses salivating for the reunion. Just the reunion. Nothing else.
I came here to find out how the Gadget Hackwrench modelling was coming along, for....reasons. Why is there no Gadget news?
Ten years? That’s gotta be a typo, right. Cabin in the Woods came out a couple years ago at most.

It sucks that so many bootlicking losers like you exist in this world and keep everyone down.
The reset at the end of No Way Home nicely sets him up for Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man stuff that the Sinister Six would nicely fit into ... if they weren’t in another universe.
The whole thing makes no sense.
At the very least, Sony should be working on a Ben Reilly movie so they can use him as the hero in all…
Community (last season bad)
To be fair though...
