He hates aliens and supernatural and superpowers and stuff, so suddenly being thrown into a space station, much less in the future, without warning after all the bullshit of Seasons 3 and 4 he had to go through finally broke his meter past the “I’m done with this shit”…

I rewatched the premiere a few nights ago and it was almost better than I remembered. I think the season may even be better the second time around.
I was already marking out when Coop started talking to MIKE, and then started god damn clapping with glee at “I am the FBI”. Just amazing, one of the most satisfying moments in TV history.
