I'd like to point out old apps that may not have been updated in awhile. "Alchemy" is a great example of iOS 8+ not being able to handle when an app opens up a "window" or a "prompt" to click yes or no. The prompt used to show up..now it just locks the app. I have a few apps that are no longer usable now.
