Possibly stupid question: why don’t jrpgs (or whatever you’d consider this style of game) reward players for using less characters? FFRK uses an EXP pot and distributes it, why not encourage players to use less but more powerful characters? I recognize the level cap restraints, but couldn’t just generalizing the “pot”…
