Why is it disgusting? I would not mind if he came to my HBCU. I support his right to speak and if my campus said we would host any candidate who got 5% or more, then we would honor our word. Even if it is person we do not like or have the same views.

I also hate when people use this mantra as an excuse to be rude. Several coworkers claim “they don’t have time” for manners or to be polite when they snap orders at you. Takes a second to say “please” and “thanks”.

Why do they not give the moderators mic kill switches? Your mic is on when it is your turn to talk and if you won’t answer the question, it is turned off again.

They should let the guy who was moderating this debate do the national ones! In his debate, if you don’t answer the actual question, you lose your turn. Politics would be better if everyone followed this rule. That’s the difference between a moderator and an enabler!
