Sammi came off better in this last season. As for the rest of the cast, I have dual feelings. Jenni, for example: sometimes wise, sometimes abrasive, always plastic-faced. Snooki: funny but egregiously self-absorbed.

Hated her children? That's not the impression I got from reading tons of books about Victoria. She herself said she didn't like children in "the frog stage," but babies don't stay that way for long. She may have been an overbearing parent, but she did care very much for her children.
