I guess i’m wondering why he didnt light him up immediately when noticing the loud music while out on the road? I’m all for removing drunks from the road but it seems more and more of what cops are doing is pulling you over (regardless of good reason/suspicion) to search your car. 

Another example where needless legislation is being considered/added while more pressing, important and impactful legislation could be written.

I call on the KIA plant, the plan is for this to built in West Point, GA and sold worldwide. The Optima may get a face lift but could also go away completely and this be the flagship/only hope for this plant to survive.
