Everyone is slightly racist. That's why this silly bullshit happens, people feel the need to prove how not racist they are by pointing out how other people are more racist than they are. Or in some cases, doing so preemptively.

Guess what, you seeing something, thinking something racist about it in your mind (subconsciously or not), and then saying "people will say something racist about this" is you BEING RACIST, not acknowledging your racist thoughts, and then searching for people more racist than you to make you feel better about yourself.
