He kind of did if you read the last paragraph in full, the parts were only $675. He did it in 5 hours so he factored $215/hr of shop time (reasonable number). Even if it was only the parts cost, they are rarely only 10% of the repair cost unless it's a huge engine and transmission removal job.

Don't apologise for shit Hogan. You spoke the truth and Audi fed you marketing garbage. Tesla for all their faults, has absolutely destroyed in battery and motor tech.

Multiple times now. Cite what you are referring to or stop gaslighting.

And excuses, apparently.

Those who are #NeverTrump and/or #OrangeManBad cannot resist enough. They must resist everywhere. (Everywhere? EVERYWHERE!) For these groups, there’s no such thing as letting a Trump-bashing opportunity pass. They're not above stretching to shit on Trump or anyone who remotely supports Trump. You (and probably me)

This is really your primary take away from this incident?

This absolutely will not work for rural newspapers, and in fact would most likely kill them. Newspapers like the Sacramento Bee would likely survive, but newspapers like my local one would completely die out. That’s because the vast majority of subscribers to that paper do not use the online option, either because

The same applies to being a Lyft and Uber driver. You can start and stop driving whenever you want. You will not get as much money, but then again, it was never designed as a full time job.

The LA Times kept delivering to my house for months because I guess the old owners subscribed or something. It went right to the trash. I don’t have time for that crap.

Make all freelance writers full-time employees you cowards

This is a really weird comment.

I’m very anti Trump but why shouldn’t we build cars in the US to then sell to China? Why should a US company open factories in a foreign country to sell them locally? I don’t see China rushing to open factories in the USA to sell their goods.

CP. For the money you can go up to the next model generation, and get one with the original suspension.

CP for all the friggin trash in the photos.

Clearly the automobile should be banned, who needs a high capacity gas tank, with an average weight of almost 2 tons. These are just not needed when we can all just ride a bicycle or walk or use the bus...

“We’ve all seen the little decal on decades old hot rods saying “look all you want, but don’t touch”, and that’s always rubbed me the wrong way.”

“Of course, people will see this as disrespectful, because you shouldn’t touch things that aren’t yours, or you don’t have permission to touch. I would argue the opposite. It

Yep, and many municipalities intentionally shorten the yellow light intervals after installing red-light cameras in order to maximize revenue.

Now before I get started, I’d like to clarify that I absolutely agree with the core message here. Red-light runners are scum. To see a light that’s already red long before deciding not to slow down and blast through it makes a person reprehensible, helplessly selfish, and better off nonexistent.

One of the most off based arguments I have ever seen.

One means to drive and utilize a car they way it was intended.

The other is a skewed argument for “Why can’t I put my camera bag with all if its hard plastic crap on your car at a show?”

One is respectful of the car and it’s real use, the other is a shitty clap-back

I avoid “cash price” stations like the plague. Many people feel you can’t leave the pump until you cash out which doesn’t add much time if the cashier is free, but I’ve seen long lines make cash-payers leave their car there far too long.
