Absolutely.  They use terms like rational skeptic and atheist as an excuse to be massive assholes, and frequently Islamophobic.  

I was a dumb teenager, but always hated people like Bill Maher--same with Sam Harris, Christopher Hitchens, and Richard Dawkins. He always seemed like an arrogant bully, someone who used intellectualism to belittle others, rather than champion meaningful ideas. And maybe Maher was like that at one point, but I’m glad…

There people are awful and I don’t support what they did. I'm not defending them but it is tremendously difficult to rehome dogs with any bite history. Even if the bite was provoked. 

I feel like I land in the middle here because on the one hand, she seems awful, but on the other hand, I don’t believe that all dogs have an endless right to life so long as we don’t have dog zoos they can live at if they’re seriously violent. As in: in the real world, aggressive dogs are very hard to just “keep away”…

I haven’t watched Sailor Moon since I was a definitely convincingly heterosexual boy, but I will 100% be watching this. The nostalgia!

Similarly, movie reviews are long-winded ways of saying “I liked this movie” or “I didn’t like this movie.” And comments like yours are pretty concise (though still, somehow, overlong!) ways of saying “I do not have any interesting thoughts to offer, but I feel the need to say something anyway.”

She’s super annoying, her characters are obnoxious, and she just isn’t that funny. She also wasn’t funny on YouTube.

Please, I beg of you. Just actually watch one so you’ll know what they are like. Even his most serious movies have a ton of humor.
